My wellness journey began in 2012 when I prematurely gave birth to my son. At the time, this seemingly insurmountable obstacle challenged me and grew a deep-rooted passion to see others whole and thriving in every aspect of their lives.

Why functional nutrition?

Nutrition is not just what you eat and supplements you take.  Nutrition encapsulates lifestyle, habits, patterns of behavior, stress, and so much more. Functional nutrition counseling is a more holistic approach to dietary counseling that considers your unique nutritional needs, lifestyle, biochemistry, and environment.
